1. General provisions
1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter-the rules) establish the rights, obligations of the buyer and seller, the purchase, payment, delivery, return of goods and other conditions related to the purchase in the e-shop www.etrade.lt.
1.2. When placing an order, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these rules and undertakes to comply with them.
1.3. The seller reserves the right to change the rules. The updated rules take effect from their publication on the website.

3. Conclusion of a sales contract
3.1. The contract is considered concluded when the buyer places an order and the seller confirms it.
3.2. The buyer must provide the correct data.
3.3. The seller may refuse to execute the order if the data provided is incorrect or there are suspicions of fraud.
4. Goods and prices
4.1. The e-shop sells goods in the categories of electronics, toys, games, animals and home goods.
4.2. Prices of goods are indicated in euros including VAT (if applicable).
4.3. The seller has the right to change prices, but the price applied to the order is valid at the time of placing the order.
4.4. Pictures of the goods are illustrative.
5. Atonement
5.1. Buyer can pay:

payment at the time of delivery (only by selecting delivery via Omniva or LP e-mail, if such possibility is provided at the time of booking)
5.2. The order starts after payment is received, except when payment is selected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is carried out using Smartposti Omniva and LP e-mail and courier services.
6.2. Delivery methods, terms and prices are indicated at the time of placing the order.
6.3. Delivery time is usually 1-5 working days unless otherwise specified.
6.4. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer must check the condition of the package.
7. Return of goods and withdrawal of contract
7.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
7.2. The returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
7.3. The money is returned within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
7.4. Cannot be refunded:
hygiene products after opening the package
animal food or other perishable goods
software or games if the packaging is damaged
other goods not subject to the right of return under the legislation
8. Warranty and quality
8.1. The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods in accordance with the current legislation.
8.2. Electronic goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
8.3. Defective goods can be repaired, exchanged, or money returned.
9. Responsibility
9.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.
9.2. The seller is not responsible for any losses caused by improper use of the site.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.2. The data is used only for the execution of the order and compliance with the legislation.
11. Dispute resolution
