Terms of Return of goods
1. Repayment term
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without specifying the reason.
2. Terms of return
The returned item must be:
not used and not lost marketable appearance;
in original, undamaged packaging;
with all accessories, instructions and documents;
with a document confirming the purchase.
The buyer is liable for a decrease in the value of the item if it has been used differently than is necessary to check its properties and performance.
3. Non-refundable goods
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, non-refundable:
Software, games or other digital media if protective packaging is damaged;
goods for hygiene or personal use, if unpacked;
other exceptions provided for in the legislation.
4. Return process
To return the item, please contact <url> email support@etrade.lt and specify:
order number;
returned item;
the reason for the return (not necessary, but helps to improve the quality of services).
The item must be shipped within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
5. Cashback
Money for the returned item is transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item or receipt of proof of its shipment.
The refund is made by the same payment method in which the settlement was made, unless otherwise agreed.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases of Return of defective or defective goods.
6. Defective goods
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately by email. email support@etrade.lt and provide photos of the defect. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller.
