Mini version of Oseberg. Found in Norway at Oseberg in Vestfold in 1903, resting on a 'bed' of bladders, covered by turf and a large amount of stone. Oseberg was built in the latter half of the 9th century and was buried about 50 years later. The ship is about 50 - 100 years older than other known ones. It was quite low in the water and must have been a relatively dangerous ship when under sail.
