The soap is particularly moisturizing due to the unique formula of oils and salt, which is also what makes the bars solid. It contains fewer essential oils and is therefore milder than the liquid Castile soap. The special blend of essential oils along with coconut oil, palm oil, jojoba oil and hemp oil helps the soap cleanse without drying out the skin. The versatile soap can be used for hands, hair, face and body and has a wonderful floral scent of cherry blossoms.
Dr. Bronner uses organic and fair-trade ingredients that are vegan and not tested on animals. The packaging on the soap is in 100% recycled material.
