Take a warm foot bath or enjoy a moment in the bathtub. Lubricate your feet with a good layer of cream and then put on the socks. Keep them on until the cream has penetrated well into the skin. When you take off the socks, you can massage the excess cream into the skin. Turn inside out and rinse the socks with water. Leave to dry and can be used up to 50 times.
