Disc golf, also known as Frisbee golf, is an outdoor sport and recreational activity that similar to traditional golf, but instead of using a golf ball and clubs, it is played with special Frisbee-like discs. The goal of disc golf is to throw the disc from a starting position and try to get it to the target (the basket or hole) in the fewest possible throws, just like in golf. You don't have to be an athlete to play disc golf. It's a sport that anyone can participate in and enjoy, regardless of age or skill level.
